Defective/ Damaged Items Return

1. To request a return, please email us at support@callie.com.

2. Include clear photos or videos of the issue along with a detailed description.

3. We will process your refund or a replacement within 48 hours.

4. For defective or damaged items, you do not need to return the items; just provide us with the required evidence.

Return Service Procedure for Non-Quality Returns

To be eligible for a return due to non-quality reasons, the following conditions must be satisfied:

1. The product must remain in its original condition, with all labels and markings (e.g., product labels, seals) intact and undamaged.

2. The packaging must be intact and maintained in its original condition when returned.

3. The returned item must show no signs of use, and all included accessories must be complete and unused.

If the conditions mentioned above are met, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team within 99 days of the delivery date to request a return and obtain the return address.

2. Pay for the return shipping and provide the shipping label to customer service.

3. After receiving your shipping label, our customer service will process your refund.

Important Note: For returns without quality issues, you will receive a 70% refund of the product amount. A 30% deduction applies as a crafting fee for personalized items.

Return Shipping Cost

If the product has quality problems, customers does not need to return the product, we are responsible for providing a refund or replacement.

In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Processing Time

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your items to be received and processed.

Once your item is received and scanned into our warehouse, the refund will be issued to your specified account.
